She has experience working in inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, providing direct, therapeutic services, to individuals struggling with psychosis, bipolar, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief, trauma, PTSD, identity issues, fertility issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, blended families, and more. She is well trained in providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling. Ashley welcomes all genders, races, and ethnicities. Ashley finds enjoyment, in giving back, and has a "soft spot" for the struggles of our healthcare professionals. She provides therapeutic services to numerous, healthcare professionals, at a discount rate, in efforts to decrease stress and address compassion fatigue. Ashley wants to help you finally, live intentionally. She encourages her clients, in a nondirective way, to embrace all parts of themselves and to help them understand they are a byproduct of every event, experience, and relationship you have ever had in your lifetime; Who you are didn't happen overnight!
