The client/therapist relationship is an important one. Finding the right therapist is no easy task. Finding the right therapist online – that can be even harder. You want to work with someone you can connect with, vibe well with, and who will join you in the moment. This doesn’t happen right away; it takes time. I will be real with you; kind and honest. Through an integrative approach, we will work together to create the therapeutic environment and experience that align with your goals. After working in the field for over ten years, I have developed a unique style to therapy that emphasizes the therapeutic relationship through a creative lens. Emphasis may be placed on mindfulness; the mind/body connection; and utilizing art, music, and nature in therapy when appropriate. My therapeutic style encompasses a dynamic relationship; a conversation. You are the expert on your life and experience; I will follow your lead while providing natural guidance and support.
