Introduction

As a retired military service member, a mom, and a military spouse, I truly understand the unique challenges that come with military life. I’ve lived through the complexities of deployment, constant relocations, and the emotional rollercoaster of transitioning out of the military. After spending years serving my country, I transitioned to civilian life just like you — and I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate that shift. I specialize in working with military members, postpartum mommies and their families who are struggling with the emotional weight of adjusting to life after service. Whether it’s managing the sense of loss after leaving a military career, redefining your identity, or finding balance in the face of so many competing responsibilities, I’m here to help you move through it. I offer a safe space for you to talk openly about your experiences, your fears, and your hopes for the future — all with someone who truly gets it. Transitioning to civilian life doesn’t have to feel like you’re starting over; it can be a time of growth and new opportunities. Together, we’ll work through the challenges, find clarity, and build a path forward that honors your service and your next chapter. If you’re looking for a counselor who not only understands the struggle but has also lived it, I’d be honored to support you on this journey. Let’s work together to help you feel seen, heard, and equipped to take on what comes next.
