Hi, I’m so glad you are here! I know searching for the right therapist can be overwhelming and getting started can be the hardest part. I am here to help! Being part of someone’s therapeutic journey is truly a gift and helping people heal is my passion. I am a 2008 MSW graduate of The Ohio State University and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The time I’ve spent providing Individual/ Family therapy, Hospice, Crisis and Trauma treatment has taught me the power of a solid therapeutic relationship and ongoing collaboration. I place a strong emphasis on both, as well as understanding your needs and goals. I take a client centered, strength based, trauma informed approach as there is no one size fits all therapy. I want to get to know you as a person, so you can feel confident in the steps you are taking to invest yourself and your mental health. I provide Individual Therapy starting at age 16 and Couples Counseling.
