My integrative and evidence-based approach is solution-focused, strengths-based, and is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. I work in collaboration with my clients to set and meet individualized goals specific to each unique situation. My priority is to help you feel better as soon as possible. My clients describe me as authentic, compassionate, and motivated. I welcome all races, ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, religions, and disabilities in my practice. I currently offer virtual sessions for adults. I am trained to treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, life transitions, parenting issues, women’s issues, and post-partum anxiety and depression. She received her MSW from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and her BA in Psychology from Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ. She has dedicated her entire career to the field of mental health, spanning nearly 20 years, and comes from a varied background of experience including inpatient acute psychiatric care, intensive in-home therapy, parent coaching, residential treatment, community-based mental health treatment, and client advocacy.
