As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with international recognition, Ashley brings an array of experience and modalities when working with clients. Ashley completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Wellness and her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology both at New York University. The main goal is to help clients learn to love themselves and work through those stressors that impact daily life. Ashley has found that taking a holistic approach to therapy helps a great majority of clients that she sees, focusing not only on the inner health of the body but also the outer health. Ashley has worked in many different arenas that include substance abuse, couples and families, crisis management, women’s issues, as well as the LGBTQ community.
