Introduction

I've worked in a crisis center, an outpatient clinic, and an inpatient mental health facility. I'm licensed in NJ and PA, and can work with residents of both through virtual sessions. I use my background in family therapy to help individuals identify where they are struggling to be their own advocates. I like to encourage clients to be honest with their loved ones about what they actually need and want. I hope clients can become the main characters in their own stories. I work best with clients who want to make changes, but also struggle to start tasks on their own. I love helping clients who want to find their own voice, get lost in the middle of doing tasks, and feel overwhelmed. I see clients who are new parents, over-functioning at work, and procrastinating before completing assignments.
