In my clinical practice, my expertise is centered on assisting adolescents and adults grappling with anxiety and depression, as well as offering support to new mothers and women experiencing postpartum challenges. During our sessions, I employ energy psychology, EFT/tapping techniques, and mindfulness exercises to promote emotional processing and connectedness with one's body. I integrate a blend of talk therapy and somatic experiences to facilitate stress reduction and enhance overall well-being.
