I often utilize and I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Solution Focused therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Supportive Family therapy, and Mindfulness-Based therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also can incorporate art and sand tray therapy into sessions. I believe having a good therapeutic relationship with you is essential to starting the journey into therapy.
