As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also support clients facing challenges related to life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and perfectionism. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and develop strategies for lasting growth. While I currently work with adult clients, my background includes supporting adolescents with co-occurring disorders, college students, and individuals who have experienced incarceration. My goal is to help you build resilience, foster self-compassion, and create meaningful change.
