Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming. If you feel lost and don't know where to start, I'm here. Life offers us the opportunity for change, granted these opportunities can arrive when we’re not ready. Many of us doubt about our own capabilities. We create and focus on barriers, limiting our lives because of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. Maybe you experienced something that altered your life, trauma impacts us in so many ways. Trauma, negative experiences, anxiety, shame, can lead us to shy away from vulnerability. We find ourselves boasting about our independence, feel obligated to be everyone's 'person'. We can find ourselves holding onto the belief and expectation that we must be the strong one, the reliable one, the one to 'fix it.' Aiming for a perfection that doesn't exist. All while silently struggling, feeling alone and exhausted. Fighting for control, the ability to predict and prepare all while feeling nothing is predictable. What if, instead of repeating the same pattern we broke free. What if we healed our wounds, restored our self-confidence, and could saw our own capabilities again. What would life look like? I know asking for help is not easy, asking yourself to talk about the heartaches and struggles takes courage, strength, and you're not sure if you have it. Courage, strength, faith, all start out the size of a mustard seed, AND everything properly cared for grows. You don't have to walk this alone. Therapy allows for a safe space to process and explore difficult experiences, thoughts, and all the emotions that accompany them. Together we work through the heartaches, the struggle areas, gain a deeper understanding, and the skills to restore and improve your quality of life.
