Ashley was a high school teacher and coach for 10 years. During that time, she developed a passion for helping adolescents and young adults in dealing with perfectionism, identity crisis, sexual identity, setting boundaries, and other common issues seen in today's younger generations. Her core belief in counseling is that if one can 'take captive' thoughts, then he or she has the power to change emotions and/or behaviors. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she relocated after getting married in 2015. She has been happily married to her husband Taylor for eight years and has two children. Ashley's dedication to empowering and guiding young adults has become her life's purpose. Therapy is not a fix to a problem, but rather a support to help in the journey of life. Ashley hopes that she can come alongside you to help you in your own journey.
