Introduction

Hello, fellow human! I’m Ashley (she/her), Welcome! I’m not your average, buttoned-up therapist who’s going to sit there with a clipboard, nodding politely while you pour out your soul. No, no—I'm the one who'll listen intently, ask questions that make you think, and maybe throw in a totally random, weird analogy just to keep things interesting. I believe that therapy doesn't have to be all seriousness and no smiles. While I take your journey seriously, I also understand the importance of laughter, lightness, and a bit of fun along the way. I believe healing best occurs within the context of connection, when we feel seen, heard, and understood we can peel away at the layers of pain that have us engaging in unhelpful behaviors and relationships. I feel it to be a great privilege to sit with those I work with and share in their stories in hopes they leave a little bit lighter with each session. I provide trauma informed, affirming therapy, inclusive to all walks of life. If you're looking for a therapist who can offer both wisdom and wit, let's connect. I'm here to support you on your journey with a smile and a sprinkle of humor.
