Introduction
Meraki: to do something with soul, creativity, or love I love to help clients build a life that feels whole, a life that feels safe, a life you don't need to escape from. Therapy is scary, it's vulnerable, but it's also bravery put into action. I am a therapist who believes in doing my own therapy work, and have been able to experience healing through my own personal therapy journey. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey and walk along side you. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio (license E.2202839), with endorsements from the NBCC as a National Certified Counselor. I have a bachelor's degree from Fresno Pacific University in Biology and a master's degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. My professional memberships include: American Counseling Association, and American Association of Christian Counselors. In therapy, my primary approaches are through the lens of emotion-focused therapy, structural family therapy, and Bowenian family systems approaches. I am a momma bear who has a hippie soul and a brain wired for science. I can often be found outside barefoot, sitting in a rocking chair on the porch, playing the piano, and loving on my family.
