Hi, I'm Ashley, and I help people who struggle to set boundaries, fear disappointing others, and experience anxiety, but who want to move towards a more authentic life. I also specialize in helping people who want to move past the effects of high-control or conservative religious experiences. I can help you move past the beliefs that no longer serve you and embrace your autonomy in order to move forward. I offer a free 20 minute phone call to help you figure out if we feel like a good match to work together. I have current availability for video sessions.
