I bring an attachment-based and Emotionally Focused background into our work together. We can explore your attachment style, how you 'there and then' affects your 'here and now' and identify emotions and core beliefs. I will assist you in identifying patterns of behavior, where they come from, and identify healthy ways to get your wants and needs met. We spend a lot of days in the heaviness of the messy middle: somewhere between the really great days and the really hard days. Wherever you are, you don't have to be there alone. With acceptance and compassion, I can meet you along your healing journey. I provide a safe space to unpack your story, explore your feelings and learn how to move forward.
