Introduction

It takes a lot to verbalize that you don't have all the answers and are stuck. Lets be honest, many of us struggle with day to day activities, become overwhelmed by duties and expectations, and cease living and enjoying our daily gifts. I look to help you find new meaning to your story and declutter life's messy pieces in order for you to live beyond simply existing. I find personal reward in working with individuals with depression , anxiety, those challenged with identifying their authentic self, and men seeking counseling. However there are no issues too large or too small that we cannot work through together. Please feel free to reach out and connect with me. If I am not able to help, I will try to connect you with great community resources to best assist you on this new journey. While my practice location is in Flowood, I am also available for video therapy anywhere in TX!
