Currently, accepting new Telehealth clients! There are many reasons people seek out therapy. Often the hardest part is taking the first step on your mental health journey. If you are looking for direction and are ready to work towards creating a better quality of life, I can help. Every client is unique. I take a personal approach with my clients and explore what is going on not only on the inside but also, how their environment may be helping or hindering their ability to thrive. As a therapist, I'll work with you to examine the elements of your life causing distress. Together we'll figure out a therapy path that works best for you. I offer free consultations to those curious to see if I am the right fit for them.
