Introduction

As a therapist, I like to keep it real. I am always professional and sensitive, but you will find that I am also able to appropriately use humor in session to help you feel comfortable. During treatment, I keep track of metrics. I use tools to track your symptoms so that we know where you started and how you are progressing through therapy. I am a sponge for learning I’m continuously looking to improve my skill set as a therapist by attending trainings, reading about the latest evidence-based treatments and learning from other professionals. As a therapist, I practice a blend of evidence-based therapies but I tend to mostly focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and positive psychology.
