Introduction

Hello! Are you tired of being stressed, depressed and ready for a change? I specialize in helping college age and young adult female clients dealing with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. I take the time to learn about your specific anxiety and responses. We look at the root causes of overwhelm, stress, overthinking, indecision, beliefs and coping skills that keep you stuck. We develop practical tools that can start to bring clarity and change along with specialized treatment methods to address the deeper mindsets that keep anxiety coming back. As we discuss the struggles with worry and doubt, I also explore your values and highlight gaps that keep you from living in a way that feels aligned with your truest self. I am a faith based therapist and can integrate your faith in God into the session to the degree you feel suits you. In therapy, I will collaborate with you to enhance your ability to communicate your needs, feel more empowered to handle hard moments and build confidence as you grow. Through the use of methods such as EMDR or CBT, we work through old patterns that are triggering or influencing your emotions. Schedule a free 15 minute phone consult to determine next steps in setting up therapy or email your inquiry!
