Introduction

I know that finding and reaching out to a therapist can seem like a daunting task. Every therapist is different so finding a therapist that is the right fit for you is so important! Personally, I believe that therapist works best when we can work together to foster a positive relationship and make lasting change. I believe that all who enter my office (or sits miles away via telehealth) deserve a space to express themselves, feel understood for who they are, and feel empowered to challenge life's difficulties. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus primarily on depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, eating disorders and eating concerns, body image, women's health, and infertility. I also have a background in chronic health conditions working in dialysis and working with college-aged individuals. I am trained in and utilize EMDR. I'd be honored to take this journey with you! I currently see clients via Telehealth and in office at my Rupert, Idaho location.
