Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Are family or life difficulties leaving you stressed? Are you feeling burned out? Have you experienced trauma? I believe we all need a supportive, judgement free space, to process our thoughts and feelings and to deal with stress. I'd love to help support you with these or other concerns. My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I use a variety of treatment modalities depending on the need. I view counseling as a coming alongside journey that creates an open, safe space where you as a whole person and the details of your story (including those areas where you feel “stuck”) can be explored, understood, and honored. I am passionate about the change process. Change can occur - through collaboration and gaining understanding into your problems, feelings, and ways of doing life and relationships. I also specialize in incorporating spirituality and faith issues into therapy, with those who desire to explore concerns experienced in their faith journey. The decision to pursue therapy can be difficult and I commend anyone who takes this brave step toward growth. I like to spend the first session hearing your story, building therapeutic trust and developing a plan. I look forward to meeting you and working together toward achieving your goals. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.
