Introduction

I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults ranging in various ages. I worked as a Behavioral Therapist and Developmental Specialist for five years before receiving my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am passionate about helping families, children, and adolescents build positive communication and healthy boundaries. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, and behavior needs (among many other things). I like to use Art and Play Therapy which allows the clients to express themselves through creativity and meets them where they are at. Behavioral Therapy allows clients to understand their behavior and change their behavior patterns. I believe that everyone should have a safe space to express themselves. I am here to guide clients through their process and meet them where they are at, providing a variety of tools.
