Introduction

Offering in person and tele-therapy appointments. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric facilities and in community settings. I enjoy helping individuals work though ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and foster care related issues/children in the foster care system. Life can bring unwanted pressures. Whether you are trying to develop healthier habits or just need a "change". I create a non-judgmental atmosphere where we can collaborate and develop a plan that promotes positive change. Using reality therapy techniques with a person-centered, strengths based approach will empower you to take control of life and develop the skills necessary to accomplish life goals. I incorporate mindfulness, kindness, humor, and honesty into every session to provide genuine support.
