As an inclusive therapist, I offer an integrative therapeutic approach depending on your unique needs. My modality is rooted in psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused methods. Above all, I find the relationship between therapist and client is what derives the most healing, growth, and change. I specialize in working with young adults, and have extensive experience treating adolescents and children. The transformation of those that I work with has been incredible to witness.
