Hi! My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe the best results come from the relationship between the client and therapist. It is so imperative to feel comfortable and be able to show your true self within sessions to open up your heart and work on your deepest challenges. Additionally, reflection and accountability hold great value within treatment with me. Being able to self-reflect and receive accountability from me will create an environment for such great change!
