I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT). I received my Master’s degree from Lesley University, where I am currently also working as an adjunct professor. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy. I have expertise in working with early childhood, older children, adolescents, and adults. My counseling approach is strengths based, client centered and goal oriented. My work is rooted in expressive arts and dance/movement therapy. However, I utilize an eclectic approach, including: CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness techniques. I have training and experience with supporting people in need of support with anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjustment challenges, trauma, perinatal health, and child development/ parenting. I believe in order for therapy to be successful it must be a collaborative process in which we work together to make a plan that meets your individual needs.
