Introduction

In addition to having her Masters in Counseling and Psychotherapy, Ashleigh attended Southwestern College's Trauma, Grief and Renewal Certificate Program where she became a Certified Grief Counselor. Thanks to Ashleigh’s work with her mentor, Reverend Dr. Ted Wiard, she is especially passionate about working with people who have experienced loss. She is devoted to a compassionate and person-centered approach. Ashleigh is inspired by the work of Dr. Judith Orloff and continues to study with her teacher José Stevens PhD. Due to Ashleigh’s background in embodiment, she is fluent in somatic practices and their healing implications.
