Introduction

Ashlee is a Carmel native and graduate of Heritage Christian High School. She and her husband, Luke, a graduate of Carmel High School, and their three children, live in Carmel. Some of Ashlee’s favorite things are family time, running, rock climbing, meditation, trips to the lake, and sushi. Ashlee has over a decade of experience working with eating disorders and has a passion to see healing in the lives of those suffering from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorders. Ashlee is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, one of only around 100 providers with this certification in the United States — a certification awarded only to those with extensive experience and training in treating eating disorders. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor. Since 2008 Ashlee has worked in every level of care treating all types of eating disorders—inpatient treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and outpatient therapy. Ashlee developed and was the primary therapist for an outpatient eating disorder program at The Cabin Counseling & Resource Center in Zionsville, Indiana and was a Therapist/Case Manager at Remuda Ranch (Wickenburg, Arizona), The Hospital for Eating Disorders. She also has experience consulting for various eating disorder programs, such as training providers in the treatment of eating disorders and developing treatment programming. Ashlee has extensive experience with trauma victims. She also works with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, self-injury, as well as general counseling and life coaching.
