Introduction

My approach is eclectic and based on the client(s) in front of me. I tend to be more psychoanalytic and somatic than skills-based or cognitive. We can and will talk about how to manage symptoms, with cognitive and behavioral skills, but it is my belief that until you get to root of the issue, the symptoms will persist. My approach is empathetic, educational, collaborative and directive. I combine problem-solving with acceptance, and support with challenge. ​
