I’ve specialized in grief counseling and therapy for many years, giving me the opportunity to support people through difficult times of transition and loss. I can be both supportive companion and guide, offering tools, insight and a warm, genuine presence. Together we can process difficult transitions as well as navigate daily stressors. I hope to offer a comforting and safe space for you to share and explore. I enjoy bringing laughter and humor to our sessions when needed and believe deeply in the resilience we all have within.
