Let's come together to uncover where these feelings originated, change the way you view yourself, and how to become the fully confident person you have always wanted to be. Most importantly, you will find validation in yourself instead of looking to others for validation and worth. You will no longer live in the scared, stuck, shadowed version of yourself. We will do this together by regulating your emotional system, identifying triggers, uncovering how those triggers affect your thoughts, and how to take back control over the thoughts. This will be done through CBT and trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness meditation, and even yoga for the appropriate clients. Our time together will be customized to your goals.
