Introduction

It is an honor to meet you on your journey and empower you to live at the highest version of yourself, which involves establishing more support under your feet, as you walk onto the various elements of life. I work with clients who desire to release broken patterns to abide within wholeness of life at any stage, but particularly during the perinatal and postpartum season of life. The hope is that you feel safe, supported, seen, heard, understood, healed, confident in your many roles and sustained over time. Our work together may include processing past trauma, developing coping skills, or constructing a plan to sustain new life changes. Regardless of the reason for seeking counseling, our work is collaborative in nature, and I strive to ensure each session is person-centered and concludes with a strong sense of expectation and enthusiasm about the future.
