Introduction

My role is to offer you compassion and safety as you do that. I am EMDR-trained and my practice is trauma-focused. I work with teens and adults needing support for life transitions, relationship issues, religious trauma, grief, gender exploration, depression, anxiety, and many other issues I have personal experience with religious trauma, complex trauma, divorce, and eating disorders. I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist, married to a genderqueer human who is also a therapist. I am also a mom to three teens
