Introduction

I’m a CBT-trained psychologist committed to teaching my clients new ways of relating to their thoughts and emotions. My work focuses on helping clients to liberate themselves from unhelpful patterns that are keeping them stuck—enabling them to create more fulfilling relationships and to come into greater contact with their most deeply held values.
