Introduction

I believe the compass of life is within. However, we often get distracted by societal influences. Often it’s hard because we are implementing others’ views of who we should be. It can be challenging when we have so many voices overshadowing ours. I believe in the quieting of the mind to connect with the true self. With the various roles we take, it’s essential to know who we are. I am very eclectic in my approach to therapy, and healing comes in various forms. In the collaborative process, I have assisted families, individuals, and couples as they navigate through some of life’s barriers. It would be my pleasure to be alongside you as you reach deep within to learn more about yourself, set boundaries with others, and explore various facets of life.
