At Adaptive Therapy Associates, I help adults move beyond what’s been keeping them stuck — whether it’s anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship struggles, or burnout. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their goals, or caught in cycles of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or chronic stress. Together, we build emotional resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self so they can move forward with confidence. I specialize in working with anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD, low self-worth, and body image concerns. I also support clients navigating adult ADHD, high-functioning anxiety, and burnout — especially those who feel pressure to perform but are emotionally exhausted underneath. My approach blends EMDR, parts work, and other trauma-informed, evidence-based tools to help clients process difficult experiences, shift negative core beliefs, and reconnect with their strengths. I also work with clients struggling with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), including trichotillomania (hair pulling) and dermatillomania (skin picking). These behaviors are often linked to anxiety, shame, and emotional regulation difficulties. Using EMDR and behaviorally informed strategies, I help clients reduce urges, heal shame, and develop greater self-compassion. My virtual therapy practice is open to clients across California, including Irvine, Pasadena, Santa Monica, San Diego, San Francisco, Orange County, Ventura, Riverside, and Palm Desert. Whether you’re working through childhood trauma, managing perfectionism and adult ADHD, or recovering from burnout, I tailor therapy to your needs, pace, and values. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a collaborative, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely seen and supported. If you’re ready to begin online therapy, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you get started.
