Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and build the skills necessary to thrive. I believe that growth begins with recognizing your blind spots and embracing the journey toward a healthier and more fulfilled version of yourself. With compassion and personalized guidance, I am here to help you move forward while placing trauma and old wounds further in your rearview mirror. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valdosta State University (2015) and a master’s degree in social work from Walden University (2019). With over six years of experience working with children and adults, I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic therapy with a trauma-focused lens. My communication style is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and gaining new perspectives. I take a person-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every individual. No two journeys are the same, your therapeutic path will be as distinct as you are. Therapy is a courageous step toward taking back your power and creating a more fulfilling life. I am here to support you as you heal, grow, and build a deeper understanding of yourself. Let’s embark on this journey together. I am currently accepting clients in Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama.
