If you've experienced trauma, I see you, hear you, and I believe you. Together, we'll focus on healing, empowerment, and reconnecting with your inner child, so you can live with emotional congruence. I offer trauma-informed practices such as somatic IFS, relational therapy, narrative therapy, transpersonal therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My approach helps clients reconnect with fragmented parts of themselves due to trauma. Healing occurs through compassion, attunement, and love, whether in KAP or traditional psychotherapy sessions. With your enthusiastic consent, we can begin the process of reconnecting with your authentic self and healing from past trauma.
