Introduction

Symptoms of OCD and anxiety can make individuals feel powerless. Coping with obsessions, trauma, and phobias can be difficult, but there is a way to find relief! As a clinician with extensive training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, I motivate clients to challenge thought patterns that have robbed them of their confidence and hope. Using ethical and evidence-based treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), we can work towards goals that will help you gain your life back. My number one goal is to empower clients to make positive change by intentionally disobeying the demands of anxiety. Through the therapeutic process I can provide extensive psychoeducation that will elicit change and meaningful growth! The time to disengage from unhealthy behaviors and distressing thoughts starts now!
