Tanner is a passionate therapist who recently graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Social Work. He has extensive experience working with adolescents in both residential and wilderness therapy programs, serving as a mentor and lead supervisor. Tanner completed a year-long internship at Ardú Recovery Center, where he worked with individuals struggling with substance abuse and other addictions. He believes that the therapist-client relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy. Tanner is committed to helping individuals reach their full potential by addressing the challenges of anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, and trauma. He utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and client-centered techniques, to provide relief and support for his clients.
