I see every client that comes in as gladiators, stepping into the arena of life, ready to get vulnerable, courageous, and brave. It takes so much strength to say: "I need help". You are not in this arena alone. I am here to help. Everyone deserves to move forward, learn from failure, strive for balance, and find relief! Finding the right therapist is important and sometimes the best way to understand someone is knowing what they believe. I wanted to share some of my beliefs as a therapist: You can and will overcome a toxic relationship or devastating loss. There is nothing wrong in speaking your truth and using boundaries is an act of self-love. Being vulnerable is a universal experience. You are so much more capable than you realize. Dante didn’t get out of Hell alone. Therapy can work if you allow it to and have an open heart. Compassion is invincible. Most of us are incredibly sensitive and there is nothing wrong about that. Since 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
