Introduction

Hello, my name is Ari. I'm a native New Yorker whose passion for psychiatry began early on. I attended NYU for my masters and have many years of experience in healthcare. I focus on helping individuals navigate the complexities of uncertainty and doubt, guiding them toward a realm of broader possibilities. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exercising, traveling, reading, and watching movies in my free time. In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals manage conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD through medication management and brief supportive therapy. I also provide support for personal challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, and sexual health. Having had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including my LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, I've gained valuable insights and approaches. This varied experience helps me deeply connect with each person I work with, ensuring our journey together is both healing and empowering. Finding hope is the first step in getting better, and there are many reasons to be hopeful. From the initial evaluation, my goal is to establish a trusting and collaborative relationship with you. In this space, you’ll feel supported to explore all aspects of your life openly and without judgment. If you're feeling overwhelmed or seeking support, know that you're not alone - I am here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you.
