Life can throw many stressors our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of ourselves. That's why it's so important to have a safe space where you can express your feelings and vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. This can help you gain self-reflection and personal growth. With over 14 years of experience as a therapist at inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, I've been fortunate enough to work with individuals of all ages, families, and couples to help them navigate various challenges and conditions. I hold a master's of science in counseling in marriage and family child therapy in behavioral sciences and a bachelor of science degree in human services and I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
