Hello and a warm welcome to my practice. It is completely normal to feel like you need some guidance and support to help you evaluate your psychological and emotional needs. Life can throw many stressors our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of ourselves. That's why it's so important to have a safe space where you can express your feelings and vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. This can help you gain self-reflection and personal growth. With over 14 years of experience as a therapist at inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, I've been fortunate enough to work with individuals of all ages, families, and couples to help them navigate various challenges and conditions. I hold a master's of science in counseling in marriage and family child therapy in behavioral sciences and a bachelor of science degree in human services and I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
