Introduction

Life can oftentimes present experiences to us that we did not envision in our plans. These experiences can become difficult to navigate through when they start to diminish our quality of life.I believe that no matter the life event that takes place, we all have the ability to cope or learn to cope effectively through it. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with 10 years of providing mental health counseling on an individual basis to adults only. In therapy, I utilize a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic techniques to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically for your needs. We are all different beings, which means that there should not be a “cookie cutter” approach. Our therapeutic relationship is one of my number one priorities. I believe that a therapist can have the very best skill set and training, however, it’s not effective if there is no trust built in the therapeutic relationship. I take a strengths-based approach that is solution-focused in order to help you utilize your already established healthy skills and build upon them.
