Aretha Foster, NCC, LPC, is a native of Bridgeport, CT. She has spent many years helping people achieve their life's goals. During her undergraduate studies, Aretha identified her call to the counseling profession. She went on the receive her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Bridgeport and her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University. Immediately after receiving her degree, Aretha began her service to underserved communities. In the course of two years, she served clients from age 6 to 64 years old. She has experience in providing individual, group, family, and couple therapy session. Foster Counseling and Consulting desires to serve clients within the Greater Bridgeport Area by providing individual, couples, and family therapy. We currently offer individual therapy services either in-person or telehealth. We have weekend availability.
