Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use evidenced-based practice therapies that have been shown to be effective to address the root of trauma-related symptoms, as well as depression and anxiety. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and IFS (Internal Family Systems which are the main modalities that I use in my practice. For Texas clients, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy through Journey Clinical. I am a life-long learner and I constantly seeking to further my training ad education to provide the best treatment and tools to my clients.
