At the core of my ethos as a therapist is the notion of empowered connection, whether that be empowering you to connect with yourself, the people around you, or your wider community. Both in therapy and in life, I practice non-judgment, empathy, and compassion, and I hope to create a space for you that feels warm and safe. I’m an advocate of mental healthcare for all, and heartily believe that anyone and everyone could benefit from at least a little bit of therapy. Modern life has come to mean more demands on your time, your energy, and your peace— more than we’ve ever experienced before. I’m dedicated to providing support through chaos, change, challenges, and adjustments, and hope to hear from you soon. I know how hard starting therapy can be, and I’m proud of you for making it this far. A little bit about me: I’m a queer woman, married with five animals (two dogs, three cats, we live in a zoo). I spend my free time reading, playing slow-paced video games, baking, and camping. I worked with kids and teenagers, along with their parents, for several years, before making the transition into private practice.
