At ARC Counseling, we believe in a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. We recognize that each client has unique experiences, perspectives, and needs, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your concerns and work towards your goals. We draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and attachment theory, among others, to tailor our approach to your specific needs. We also value the importance of mindfulness, self-compassion, and other self-care practices in promoting overall well-being. ARC Counseling is a Christian-based organization that believes in the power of faith and spirituality to facilitate healing and personal growth. We respect and serve individuals from all religious and cultural backgrounds. Our counseling services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and we welcome individuals of all faiths or no faith at all. Our counselors are trained to integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process if desired. However, we want to emphasize that all our counselors are clinically trained and do not rely on Biblical teaching for counseling skills. Rather, we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore and work through challenges, regardless of their beliefs. Our therapists are highly trained and experienced in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field, and we engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.
