Introduction

With 22 years of experience, I’ve worked with people where life happens—in their homes, at their schools, and in their communities. I’ve helped children, teens, and adults navigate life’s toughest moments, from managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression to handling relationships, big transitions, and everyday stressors. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I know that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s journey is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I take a client-centered, individualized approach that meets you where you are. I incorporate CBT, DBT, Somatic techniques and practical strategies to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and create real, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with focus, racing thoughts, overwhelming emotions, or just trying to keep up with life’s demands, I’ll work with you to find solutions that actually fit your life. My passion? Helping people who’ve been through the kind of experiences that leave you struggling to make sense of it all One of the biggest things my clients tell me is that they feel completely comfortable, understood, and never judged in our sessions. That’s my goal—to create a space where you can be real, open, and honest about what’s going on without fear or pressure. I listen, I support, and I help you see things from a new perspective. My clients describe me as insightful, easy to talk to, and a great listener, and I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy or clinical. A little humor can go a long way, even in the toughest moments. (Also, I have ADHD, so sessions are never boring.) If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to start, I’m here to help. We’ll work together to create a plan that makes sense for you and helps you move forward in a way that feels manageable. Whether it’s understanding ADHD, easing anxiety, or working through depression, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
